Steps to Selling your home

Reach out to me to schedule a home selling consultation. This will include a home visit to help determine your value, your timeline. & your personalized marketing plan.
Step 2
Sign listing agreement! Get your home ready! My clients will receive my home staging guide to help. Get professional photos & start marketing your property online & in print.
Step 3
Receive an offer! Your Buyer will approach you with a timeframe, a price & any other contingencies. You will get a chance to respond & ideally go under contract with your homes new owner.
Step 4
Close of escrow! Before close of escrow you will sign title paperwork.
