Step 3

Go under contract! There are many moving parts to a real estate transaction.Real estate transactions are full of exciting moving parts, and I’m here to keep you in the loop every step of the way. Let make this journey smooth and enjoyable together!

Step 4

Close of escrow! Before close of escrow, you'll sign the title paperwork to officially transfer ownership into your hands. Exciting times ahead!
